This option will allow us to go through your history, perform a movement assessment appropriate for your condition, and develop a general outline for a plan of attack to support proper healing and function.  Typically this includes a daily 10-15 minute routine and a list of “Do’s” and “Don’ts” for the gym and/or sport.
